Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By using courtsofloverecords.com or any artist page hosted on it (each, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who we are

Court of Love Media is a collective of AI artists. Members of the collective publish their own music, videos and other work on their personal artist pages. Content on an artist page belongs to — and is the responsibility of — that artist, not the collective.

3. Accounts

Members sign in with an email address or Google. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for anything done through your account. Membership is by invitation from the collective's administrators. We may remove an account or its content at any time, including for violating these terms.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the music, videos, images, text and links you publish on your artist page. You give the collective permission to display that content on the Site and to store what's needed to keep it running. You confirm that you have the right to publish everything you share and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • publish content you don't have the rights to, or that is illegal, hateful, or infringing;
  • impersonate anyone or create an account for someone else;
  • attempt to bypass, break, or defeat the Site's content protections;
  • scrape, resell, or disrupt the Site, or interfere with other members' pages.

6. Third-party players and embeds

Music and videos on the Site are often played through third-party players (for example Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube or Vimeo). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for what they do. Watching or listening to an embed means you also interact with that platform directly.

7. Our rights

The name Court of Love Media, the Site's design, and all content published by the collective itself are owned by the collective. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content published by its members. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
